fabdg @socialitestyle no I wouldn’t say much stretch. I’m a S or a 4. It’s high waisted so more forgiving in the hips

fabdg @mollydolly I don’t remember the exact year and it would depend on your height. It’s 17 inches so maybe use that to measure on yourself to see where it falls.

carolinasposh Oh never mind, I just saw in the above comments it’s 17 inches across flat. But if you’re a small it size 4, this seems way too big for you, am I right? I’m a size Small ie 6, but my waist usually fits into 27-29” skirts… beautiful skirt. Very interested if it would fit!
