Banana Republic Black Peplum blouse XS (NWT)

This is a brand new blouse that has never been worn. I just purchased this blouse on final sale and unable to exchange for a larger size. I went based off reviews who said the blouse ran a little big so I sized down to an XS from my normal size Small and it's a little snug in the bust and midsection. I'm 5'6, 145 pounds, 34C. I am definitely buying this blouse again in a Small because it's beautiful, you can wear it to work or for a night out. Very soft material and pretty!
