nicolegebhardt @lndowning hi! I accepted the offer but I was still charged the full shipping. I was hoping you could help me fix this, I still want the coat was just hoping we could fix the $3 over charge. Maybe cancel and rebuy or is there popsh credit or something? Or I guess if we can’t fix it that’s ok. This has never happened so I am not quite sure what to do so thought I would at least ask. Thank you!
