This is an absolutely iconic dress. It buttons all the way up so you can leave it open at the bottom for a slit or the top for a little cleavage. I love this dress, I just couldn't find an occasion to wear it out to. The top has a tie that can be undone and tied back in multiple different styles, and the waist is fitted. Model waist is 26" but can fit up to 28". Worn twice.
