Bar III Black Polka Dot Dress

Bar III black polka dot dress purchased for full price from Macys. Very stretchy. Flattering, especially the neck line. It’s a medium but I’m usually a small so I’d say it’s closer to that, but again, it definitely stretches. Works to dress up or dress down. Great condition. No flaws.
