garummagegal @11addie thanks for the inquiry!! Chest measurement is 20.5" flat. There is some room for flexibility since the toggle closes a bit below the bustline

garummagegal @11addie so glad you like the coat!! I'm actually selling it because I wear a size medium now, and I find it too small on me. I bought this coat when I wore a small & liked the way it fit at the time, especially over sweaters as a winter coat. I've included a few quick photos I took of myself currently wearing the coat for you to see the fit- includes a back view/ example of how it pulls a bit tight on me. Hope this helps with your decision!!
