djmattis Hi, apologies, I was offline. The liner is attached, it does not remove. Measurements with the jacket flat: chest straight cross the bust: 18-19inches waist narrowest part in the body (this has a cinch,) loose same as chest, entirely cinched 15inches hips, widest part below the waist: 22inches
