Baume & Mercier 902 chronograph vintage 1950s

This is a wonderful vintage Baume & Mercier chronograph. It's a prime example of what a vintage watch should be. It possesses a lovely, very light patina on the original dial and case. The movement shines and is signed plus stamped with the US import mark VOS for B&M. The case has square pushers & dial features, two registers for constant seconds & 30mins recorder. Plating on the crown has held up over time, revealing a beautifully kept piece. Case shows usual wear and nothing major as can be seen, and the stainless steel back cover retains factory finish with no gashes nor dents. The movement was last serviced on this beautiful timepiece in Nov 2022. At that time, a handmade leather strap was added, replacing the worn-out out spider stretch band that it was wearing The dial is the most important element, next to the beautiful landeron 48 movement as seen here. This watch speaks for itself.
