brookbrody What repairs are needed? Can it be hemmed as I am only 5 feet? Does it have a panty attached? My measurements are 34/28/38 will this be a good fit?

flcupcakegirl @brookbrody Yes, you could easily have the skirt shortened. it does have attached panties. I'm guessing it would be a good size for you. Would you like the lay flat measurements?

flcupcakegirl @brookbrody No problem! Sorry, I forgot to post these yesterday. These are measuring the dress laying flat, pulled taut but not stretched. Waist: 16" Shoulder to hem line: 53" Chest (just below the cups): 14.5" It is missing probably about a dozen stones. I will replace any stones that I have though.

brookbrody Thank you. Because of the cost of the alterations that will be needed and the risk of a proper fit, I am hesitating to spend the amount that you are asking for. I love the dress and if you do not find a buyer and are willing to sell it for a lot less, let me know.
