Beautiful Royal Blue Prom Dress to the floor.

I bought two different sizes for a wedding to avoid waiting longer incase one didn't fit. Forgot all about returning it. Found it in my closet. Brand new with tags. Really beautiful pretty material. Really compliments without showing too much with the cut out in the back. So so lovely.
