Dress has embroidered and sequin detail on the top (lined), a beautiful embellished empire waist, a cute skirt with pleated look, and it ties in the back. Back zipper. Skirt is fully lined (a total of 4 layers! - see the second to last pic). Glitter detail throughout. So pretty! Can definitely be used for a flower girl. In great condition - worn only once. Can be hand washed (see last pic for care instructions).
