This army green silk dress is adorable on. RT items are often sized by 1-4 .. this is a size 2 which is a 6 to 8 in size. Draw string at waist and pockets on chest The hem is rounded up on the sides, the longest center portion is approximately 35” rounding up to 31”. This dress is in excellent condition!
