It’s black tank top material up top scoopneck, and it paired with a cotton skirt that is sewn to the tank top. Very cute ballerina look would be cute with some ballet flats as well, the tank top portion of the dress has some stretch and the skirt part does not have stretch, but it has deep pockets.
