This blouse is white with lace details along sleeves and at waist. Fully functional buttons and elastic ruching at back. Measures 18” long, 17” from armpit to armpit, and 22” from top of shoulder to cuff of sleeve. Sleeve cuffs are elasticized. This is marked as a large but in my opinion runs small, so please check measurements. 100% viscose.
