Beautifully detailed black velvet jacket

Everything about this jacket is wonderful! Collar and right cuff are lined with red satin, the left cuff is lined with green. The green and red motif continues through the embellishments and fastenings. Just gorgeous! Very gently worn, no stains or other signs of wear. Tag says medium but I think this is really a size small. Measurements laid flat: Shoulders seam to seam- 16.5 inches bust-17 inches length from shoulder to seam- 23 inches
