Bebe Navy Blue Silk Seashell Beaded Halter Blouse

Great condition. No holes, stains or tears. Bust and halter straps are adorned in beads and shells. Beads, shells and what resembles coins dangle from the center bust. Material is very soft and light weight. Bust is lined and not see through but lower portion is a bit sheer even though it has 2 layers (second layer is also sheer silk). Bottom has a gold wavey stitch design. Halter ties around back of neck. Hanger loops have been removed. Zips down the side. Photos don't do justice.
