Bebe Sheer Blue Gold Sequin Cold Shoulder Blouse

Great condition. No holes, stains tears. There are a small handful of very small snags/runs. The front has a small section where the threading came loose and a few sequins fell off. I found a couple other loose threads in different areas but all other sequins appear to be intact. Material is double lined (in sheer polyester) so something may need to be worn underneath. Shoulders are open.
