rachelsmithkenn Hi! Do you think you could ship before 12/25 Xmas to 63130?

chicagosurf @rachelsmithkenn hi I could ship this morning. If you want to remake your offer I will accept it. Was hoping to get more since they are new, but it’s Xmas 🎅

chicagosurf @rachelsmithkenn I sent an offer to likers for $425. If you want to remake your offer of $400, I will accept and get them to the post office in the next hour. Ships UsPS priority which is 1-3 days ship time.

thenyccloset1 @chicagosurf are they new? The label on the inside looks worn? Usually it’s not faded when they’re new, that’s my hesitation

chicagosurf @thenyccloset1 yes they are new! You can tell by the bottoms, they have no wear. Not sure why the label looks faded, I can try and get another picture - let me know. I purchased from the Manhattan store and need a half size larger, they’ve been sitting in my closet…

chicagosurf @thenyccloset1 just checked, the labels do look worn. But I can assure you they are new asides from trying on in the house and walking a handful of steps to determine they didn’t fit. I have the receipt to show they were purchased June 28, 2024.

rachelsmithkenn @chicagosurf hi thank you. I’m just trying to confirm sizing. Do they typically run a full or half size down? Would you say what size do you normally wear and what size worked for you in these?
Dec 18Reply
chicagosurf
chicagosurf @rachelsmithkenn the run full to half size down. They are all handmade so they can be a bit inconsistent. I have a wide foot so these felt too tight but length wise they were ok. If the person you’re shopping for has a normal width foot I’d say these would be good for 9-10 US men’s? Just my assumption here.

chicagosurf Belgian shoes recommends ordering a size down from normal. You are supposed to wear them for 40 hours to break them in, then get a rubber sole put on. I have the instructions from the store that will ship with them.

chicagosurf Sorry 9-9.5 not 9-10

chicagosurf I’m usually a 9 or 9.5, usually a 9. The 8 and 8.5 Belgian both fit me length wise. These fit me in length but are too tight at my outside pinky toe. Hope that helps.

chicagosurf @rachelsmithkenn I added more comments but they didn’t tag you, check comments on listing. What size US are you? I could accommodate a return if they don’t work but would want to know what size you are looking for in US

rachelsmithkenn @chicagosurf thanks so much. He’s a 9.5, sometimes a 10 so worried they might be too snug
