Impulse purchase that I never used. It's brand new -- I never even removed it from the plastic. It's a really good workout accessory for women. You can work your glutes by using this belt to emulate hip thrust movements with weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. It's adjustable and really versatile. I just don't have weights to use with it. You can take it to the gym. Retails $60 but got on sale for $50. Hope it finds a good home!
