The one left has the hook and eyes down the front with the zipper. Worn possibly once. I have two bellefit girdles. They are amazing after having a baby to help your body go back in. I ended up using just one. I wore the xxl once and the xl is still new. They are in immaculate clean condition. No smoking home. I felt like a Barbie getting her joints put back in place after wearing mine. I just thought I would rotate more.
