Betsy Johnson Lace-Up Skirt

Hot pink slip shows through lace panels. Zips in the back. Velour lace up detail in the front can be tightened an inch or two, otherwise it lays 13 inches across. Small brown spot shown in picture that may or may not come out in the wash, never been used.
