Betsyville Hightop Bootie Mesh Bling

This is a pair of booties by Betsyville. True to the brand, they are unique. The shoe is a vegan suede with mesh panels on either side. They lace up and have a rhinestone strap at the front top. They are black with a fun bright pink lining. They are in pre-loved condition. Please see photos.
