Bill Levkoff floor length dress

Bill Levkoff floor length dress size 14 in wisteria. Dress is shortened to fit the height of someone 4’10” in heels, so about 5’-5’1”. There are a few hand stitches in the bust to close it in the front, and can easily be removed. Otherwise, was worn once for a wedding as a bridesmaid, dry cleaned, and never worn again.
