These shoes have been refurbished by Nordstrom and have no scuffs or scratches in the heels or leather uppers. Heel is stacked wood and very sturdy about 2.75 inches high. The bottoms of the soles look slightly worn as they were refurbished with black bottom soles. They are really comfortable and will fit your foot perfectly.
