Black Double Layer Tulle Skirt w/ Sequined waist... size Small

Tag says size Small, but fits a bit bigger, up to size medium I'd say. I'm 5'3" and the skirt goes past my knees. It's approx 26" long and the waist, unstretched, is 13", so definitely goes beyond 18" when stretched. The waist is decorated with sewn on silver sequins, so it can definitely be dressed up.
