Black dress with pattern down the middle and around skirt. Very slimming look. Cropped sleeves, boat neck, and elastic waist band and butterfly sleeves. 28" from front neckline to hem. Re-poshing, just haven't worn it. In very good condition. 22" from armpit to armpit 8" sleeve openings
