@reneej90 Hello! Sorry, totally forgot about this! The band below the chest is 16 inches. I am not able to do largest part of the chest due to the open sleeve cut that goes down to the band. Length is about 39 inches. For me, it is too tight on the bust, and I am about 41 inches with broad back and wearing size 14 now in dresses.
