This knee-length skirt is from Fresh Twist. It’s great for spinning and has plenty of ruffles. It’s black fabric is pretty soft. It makes a decent skirt for a pirate costume but is also a fairly neutral color and looks good with most tops. NOTE: There is two small (pin-sized) holes near the top front of the skirt and a little rip in the seam of one of the ruffles to the right (when looking at the front). Both are pictured.
