Glam! I got lots of compliments. I did fine wearing black underwear with it, but it has transparent elements, so be aware of that. The black part is doubled up mesh. Stretchy. Zips up the back. measurements in photos. So if the approximate chest is 37-39" inches and I am a 38", there's still some bagginess in the top as seen in the photo. I think my chest measurement laying flat is not very useful but it is about 36 inches total. Length 36" . I am 5'7.5" and I wore it confidently on daytrips a handful of times. I found it covered my butt and thighs enough. But you could measure for yourself.
