Madewell Chelsea rain boots. Black short rain boots. Elastic on the side but has rubber behind it so rain won’t get in. Pull tab to get on and off. Excellent condition, as you can see from the sole inside and out. No wearing on the heels. No scuffs. Barely worn because they were a little too big for me.
