Black cocktail dress with shoulder detail

This used to be my favorite dress but I haven’t worn it in ages. It has a pretty shoulder detail with delicate ropes to make it nearly off the shoulder. Has lace details on the arms and has an elastic waist in the back. I had extra fabric professionally sewn in under the arms to give more room to the arms and back area.
