I am still new to the app and unfortunately don’t know how to message people, my boots were delivered to the wrong address and returned to sender due to no fault of your own, we are very rural and our mailing address sometimes puts the closest city, if you could please contact me somehow so I can correct the address and have them shipped to the correct address that would be wonderful!

thecatsmeowbykp @skyjensen670 hi so they are coming back to me? I think you have to contact poshmark under problem. I think once I get the package they will refund you. Once that happens I can get your address and reshot but I don’t know if there will be an extra charge.

thecatsmeowbykp Ok I figured out by looking it up. Does your town begin with an F? Well they have that small city listed in the address and I’d bet they went searching for you there. I get it. Well I sent an email to posh, they have yet to respond. I haven’t received the package back yet. I’ll let u know or u let me know either way.

thecatsmeowbykp @skyjensen670 I received boots back today. I emailed poshmark to refund your money. I have no other way to do this. The system will not let me cancel. I have emailed them three times with no response. You can also email them. Look under your account and find your purchases. It will a list of items to choose from. Choose “problem”. And contact them for a refund and let me know when you are refunded

thecatsmeowbykp @skyjensen670 btw poshmark doesn’t allow you to message your buyers or sellers on here. This unfortunately is it. It’s the only way to communicate with each other unless you go off the site and that’s not allowed either. So anyway let me know when you are refunded and if you want me to repost the boots.

thecatsmeowbykp @skyjensen670 ok I got an email from them and they will generate a new shipping label but you have to give them the correct address or verify it. It said you were emailed by them. So once I get the new label I’ll just reship. Check back a few days and see if you can find the email. I’ll send one also but they want to hear from you. Ok hope this helps.

skyjensen670 They said that they can not verify my address because usps also has it as st.Marie’s 🤦🏻‍♀️ and I have a wedding to attend in less then 30days so I’m not sure what they plan to do other then refund me.
