Black & red gothic waistcoat with tails. Fully lined. Embossed brocade fabric with velvet trim and brass buttons and ornate latch closure. This is the epitome of vampire, goth, victorian/Edwardian ball style. Measurements: From the edge if the lapel is 9-1/2". About 18-1/2" PTP when its hooked in the center.
