This is a lovely black velvet dress. Faux wrap style with ruched, 3/4 length sleeves. New with tags! I bought it for a Christmas party and never ended up wearing it because it is too long for me. Nursing friendly neckline. Stretchy velvet material. Size 10/12. Approximate measurements, laying flat. Lots of stretch: Waist: 16” Bust: 19” (with lots of give and take) Length: 58”
