Blue ICE y2k Blouse

Really cute y2k -esque shirt, with slight bell sleeves and a flower pattern. The flowers are mesh and look see through, but there is a beige layer underneath. The blue is a dark but shiny navy. Its a small, but it depends how you want it to fit- for me, I usually get xs/2 in shirts, and this shirt was fine but did not fit how I would want it to. In my opinion, I get Desperate Housewives vibes- something Bree would wear in the later seasons, when she was a bad*ss
