Beautiful cobalt blue dress is fitted through the waist with sweet-a** rose and red-orange dot print accents. This is fair trade dress by Mata Traders. Did I mention this dress has pockets? Aww yeah! AND it's new with tags because I had to buy a blue dress for a wedding, so I bought 4 dresses, wore 1 and now I don't need to keep them all - see my closet for the others! Labeled Size Small. Lightweight 100% cotton. Might want a slip for the skirt. I'm about 34 - 27.5 - 37" and this fits nicely
