Pinup Couture Daisy Gingham Halter Dress Sz Small

Feel like a real life pinup vixen in this black and white gingham print halter dress from Pinup Couture. Full circle skirt can easily fit a crinoline underneath. Only worn a couple times before college happened and I gained 10 lbs. I think it was the Daisy Dress with red accents. Labeled size small; fits extra small in the waist. The fabric has some stretch but I think this will fit a 26" waist max, if that, and smaller waists more comfortably. I'm a 27.5" waist and this is too tight.
