Blue and white polka dot dress

Worn once for a graduation. This adorable dress has a fun, full skirt and peasant style top with spaghetti straps. The pull tab on the zipper broke, but it should be easy to replace. There is very slight yellowing on the underside of the spaghetti straps. Otherwise, no rips or pulls. This is listed as a size 5, but it fits more like an XS. Measurements: Waist: 12.5" across Length: ~30" from top of bust
