Blue high low wrap dress

Beautiful blue silver velvet wrap dress! Has a longer flowing sleeve and a deep V neckline. I altered the front because it gaps when worn, however the stitches would be very easy to remove and the fabric is stretchy so it slips right on. Very soft and comfortable with no defects. Worn on to try on, and for these photos.
