These are the cutest flare jeans ever! I purchased from Hazel & Olive boutique a while ago. Brand is Jealous Tomato The details are so cute and they are very flattering! Would fit a variety of heights.. I wore as a 5'3" person but needed heels. NOTE: Posh didn't give me this option but it's size tag just says "small". They fit me as a 4 but I'd say would fit a 2-4 range. They have stretch!
