I have never had any issues with my Gucci orders and didn’t check the shoe itself as it pertained to sizing. I ordered a size 8 women’s and the box indicated such sizing. When my wife opened these on Christmas morning, we realized that the size on the shoe is 9.5. I reached out to my Gucci Sales Consultant and unfortunately it was too late to try to return/exchange. This shoe is no longer available in any Gucci store or Gucci online. We absolutely love these shoes, I even considered keeping them for myself, unfortunately they are a bit big on me. I wear a size 9. I have proof of purchase if anyone is interested. I also have the purchase of these shoes recorded in my Gucci profile. Send any questions my way.
