Brand New Charlotte Russe Velvet Tuxedo Jacket, size M

I bought this at Charlotte Russe over 10 years ago and never wore it. It no longer has tags but is new and unworn. All black velvet with two faux slash pockets, single button closure and notched collar. It also features cool ruching on sleeves, and a smooth poly or viscose lining.
