Johnny & Dave mint green halter gown new w/tags 10

This is a beautiful brand new never worn formal from JCP by Johnny & Dave. It's been hanging in a bag since I bought it years ago. It's a bit wrinkled from being smooshed in a closet, there are some tiny spots, hardly noticeable, but since it's dry clean I don't want to mess with them, but they should come out easy. A couple tiny snags on back, again hardly visible. It has three roses in back, under which is a detachable train/bustle. Bustle was missing a hook when I got it but sewed new one on.
