Brand new light blue floral dress!

Never worn, in brand new condition light blue floral short sleeve dress by Blue Blush. Originally purchased from a boutique called Pitaya. Very cute keyhole with tie detail. Very silky and comfortable - SUPER STRETCHY material makes it flattering and easy to wear for people who normally wear S, M, L, etc sizes. Can be dressed up or down!
