Bright colorful dress with orange belt

Beautiful colors, shades of blue, orange & off white pattern. Snap brass-like bottoms in front & thin strip of elastic in waist w/belt straps, braided orange belt & slightly pleated near waist. Really cute back, with four opened straps in a V-shape. Very comfortable dress. Only worn once. Like new!
