According to the Ecco website, size 7-7.5 is a 38.

@drblondie i have tried these on and can tell you they fit like a 7/7.5.
I simply googled a conversion chart and that is what it told me. Originally bought thinking they would fit my 8/8.5 feet and unfortunately did not. :(
