midoa Hi: I’ve been a few months on PM but I have a question for u. How different is that bundle your items and I’ll send u a private offer from the seller tool that states how much percentage is being taken off? People bundle one item or 2 sometimes, what is the protocol here? How much percentage should u discount the item ? Should u offer a free shipping too or discounted shipping? Thanks 🤗

theresanaught42 @midoa Hi darling! There's honestly no hard and fast protocol - it's at the seller's discretion. The bundle discount in the seller tool is applied automatically to a buyer's total; many sellers will send offers on bundles in order to further incentivize purchases. I usually will offer a 10 - 20% discounted offer but if it's an item below $10 I'm much more conservative due to the $2.95 fee. theresanaught42 In regards to shipping -- I don't usually mention "discounted shipping" because it can be confusing as we have limited control over the shipping costs and usually have to take it out of the cost of the items. So usually I steer clear of that terminology personally but I know some sellers who have had success with that. I would just be sure to be very thorough in communicating how shipping is actually discounted.

midoa @theresanaught42 thank u, I guess there are always nasty buyers who are never happy. I offered a customer 10% and a discounted shipping on a $29 item, she didn’t accept it so I offered again a 10% with a free shipping, she declined it so I’m wandering what else can i do, they forget that PM is deducting 20% off the sale too. I’m just turned off :(

theresanaught42 @midoa That can absolutely be frustrating. I think something to keep in mind is that some people kind of treat their bundle like a "cart" on amazon or other online shopping stores -- so they may add stuff that they're thinking of buying at some point but just aren't ready to purchase right now. So try not to get discouraged! I know it's not always easy 😔.
