luvable309 Hi. I saw that you sold also a purse to another lady who closed her old account and opened a new one. So did I. It's been always two weeks and I know she received it, but I haven't been able to get payment from it. Did you get your payment? I've tried emailing poshmark and no response.😔

puregold225 @luvable309 - I emailed poshmark at support@poshmark.com. my email included both order numbers, the tracking number I used to deliver the purse, and screenshot of my correspondence with that party. I emailed several times. Each time I sent an email, I received a robo-reply. But, eventually, the 2nd order was cancelled by Poshmark for fraud and paid me for my sale. Hope this helps.

luvable309 @puregold225 ugh. So is that person a fraud? Should we go ahead and report them? This is just annoying because I was really nice to that individual as well. Not cool at all.😏

puregold225 @luvable309 - no, it was not cool at all. It is very frustrating that there is no phone support for instances as this. I am assuming Poshmark has already taken action.

puregold225 @luvable309 - did you send another email? Make sure you include all the details about the cancellation and the resale. Include the screenshot with your conversation with the other party. I am new to selling with Poshmark and I never thought something like this would happen. Good luck!
