jerica26 @amber_nicolexo hi, yes tried to get them out but wouldn't come out. I don't want to try too hard because I don't want to ruin the purse, which is otherwise in great condition. Scuffs are on bottom right side of bag and bottom shown in pictures. Thanks

jerica26 @sweetypink 14x5x11 I there is not a date code that I could find. It was bought at the Nordstroms in Alaska. Since Receipt was not found I had authenticated by carol diva (carol Ives) and can provide that information if needed

pas10s Serial/date should be in the bag. Has to be to be authentic. Who is the person who authenticated it? Is it a written authentication ?? Black leather? Is the word Burberry on the bottom of the feet? What happened to the dustbag?? Thx

jerica26 @pas10s hi, I didn't however I called Burberry and they said some of them don't have them, Usually older ones. Also postmark has a authentication service that they offer. I also had it authenticated from an outside service
