@moon_0412 thanks so much, super helpful. just wanted to confirm on the right shoe, the plaid portion of the heel is not a dark scuff correct? I can't tell if it is lighting reflection showing that. I've never purchased Burberry shoes. do they run true to size? I typically wear a 8.5 in heels and a 9 in flats. but in Kate Spade I have to wear a 9.5 or other European brands I wear a size 40.

if you can help take a measurement with a soft measuring tape of the insole/footbed from the inside toe to back of shoe (this way the soft measuring tape conforms to the footbed) would be super helpful. if the length is 10 to 10.25 inches, that would be great 😃

Hi, I just uploaded two more photo, that is not black scuff on the right heel but just a little bit darker.
And I measured the insole length, it is just about 10.2 inches.
I also measured my feet length , it is 9.5 inches right now. I'm Usa 8/8.5.
Even my feet are bigger in summer, this shoes is a little bit loose on me, not tight. And in winter my feet are smaller, this shoes becomes too loose for me. So I would say it is true to size. Hopefully this help.^^
